Siebel CRM consultant

The mission is to contribute to the implementation of the work entrusted in the framework of the GRC projects (CRM)/versions and the Current Management:

- preparation of estimates and/or impact studies for the application developments formulated by the Business Line/MOA

- production of functional and technical specifications, manufacturing records, parameterization, flows

- back documentation of the application

- application setting

- development of components

- design/execution of unit tests, chain tests, project qualification and integration

- delivery of components, packages

- correction of incidents and processing of requests

The position requires autonomy, to know how to work in project mode and team, to be comfortable with the various communication channels: instant messaging, emails, video conferences, telephone

Be comfortable in written and oral communication, know how to lead workshops with the Business/MOA and interactions with the Client.

Have a culture of result, quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Be rigorous, respecting business development, project and operating standards.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' Siebel development expertise, as well as competence in Java micro-services

Project documentation, as defined in the company's Project Mode Repository (RMP)

Technical components

Compliance with deadlines/costs/quality defined by the Study Project Manager.
