As a Sister / Charge Nurse at The Holly Hospital you'll have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively at a senior level, in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology.

As a Sister / Charge Nurse, you will:

1. Ward Manager in the efficient running of the ward
2. Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
3. Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
4. Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
5. Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
6. Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety
