We are looking for a Site Controller to oversee financial reporting and metal control for our Hofors site. You will be based in Cinderford, UK and will be a key business partner to site leadership. You will provide financial transparency, influence strategic decisions, and drive efficiency. This role requires regular travel to Hofors, Sweden, in line with business needs.

As Site Controller, you will:
Lead financial reporting & planning - Oversee month-end close, forecasting, and budget management while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Drive operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, mitigate risks, and improve financial controls.
Manage metal control - Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of precious metals, optimize reporting, and support physical inventory counts.
Ensure compliance - Oversee tax reporting, treasury functions, and internal controls, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
Embrace digitalization - Implement digital solutions to streamline reporting and processes.

Finance Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, plus a full professional accounting qualification.
Proven Experience - 3-5 years in controlling, finance, or accounting, ideally in both corporate and operational environments.
Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of IFRS, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Analytical & Strategic Thinker - Ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Communication & Leadership - Confidently present financial insights, collaborate with teams, and drive initiatives.
