We have an exciting opportunity for engineering consultants with expertise in Site Design Solutions for a mobile network site project in Germany (North/West Region). The project involves providing end-to-end site engineering solutions, ensuring all design and implementation activities meet safety regulations, environmental standards, and best practices. The successful consultants will play a key role in supporting the engineering efforts over the next 12 months.

Role Requirements:

• Service Location: Germany (North/West Region)
• Duration: 12 months (initial), with possible extension
• Start Date: ASAP
• Languages: Proficiency in English (required), basic proficiency in German (preferred)

We are looking for three consultants in the following areas:

1. Site Engineering Project Delivery
2. Manage the site design process from radio concept development to RFI.
3. Ensure site solution compliance with EMF and Health & Safety regulations.
4. Deliver error-free, efficient, and technically sound designs that enable swift implementation of the site design.
5. Design Quality Assurance and Training
6. Conduct training sessions for internal staff and new site engineering partners.
7. Focus on improving design quality, ensuring adherence to site solution design standards, and best practices for site solutions.
8. Rollout Management and Design Implementation
9. Oversee the site rollout process, reviewing designs, correcting issues, and applying regulatory compliance rules to the site design.
10. Ensure EHS management practices are followed during the implementation phase, adhering to site solution guidelines.
