Statom Group Ltd. is a leading civil engineering contractor, specializing in Remediation, Groundwork, and Structures. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering exceptional construction projects.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing various engineering aspects on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to technical specifications, regulations, and company standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for construction and engineering, we would love for you to be a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting out
- Assist in the preparation of site-specific work plans and project documentation.
- Perform site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of construction works to meet design requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor construction progress, recording and reporting any issues to project management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams to resolve engineering challenges.
- CSCS White Card
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and design standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
