Our client is a national main contractor who solely works in the retail space.
They have been working in this market for years and have established themselves as a leading contractor.

Your new role

This is an 18-week contract for an experienced Site Manager in this space.
As a site manager on this job, you will look to run the day-to-day site operations.
Looking after the demolition, extension and fit out of a retail store in Carluke.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have relevant construction experience with this project. You will need to have a Valid Black Site Managers CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a minimum of 24-week contract.
A competitive rate paid weekly. The opportunity for continuous work on completion of this project
