Skilled Site Manager Wanted for Energy Centre Project in Central South London

Our client, an established engineering firm in London, seeks a skilled Site Manager to oversee the installation of M&E systems and civil works of an energy centre project. This role includes managing site activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, overseeing day-to-day operations, and liaising with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors on-site.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or relevant certification in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, including Construction Management experience.

The Site Manager will be overseeing the following:

1. Whole energy centre install which involves a little civils but heavy mechanical and electrical. (This will be the majority of the work and will last until July next year)
2. Energy centre works include pipework and electrical tray and cable installations across the whole building which connect to the evaporator fans up on the roof.
3. Refurbishing of the site compound, working with civils sub-contractors to move heavy District Heating pipework, landscaping, concrete pours, and tarmacking. This will be for the first two to three months of starting.

12 month Contract

This role can be worked outside IR35 / Umbrella / CIS.

Competitive rate, negotiable based on experience.
