Site Manager - Belfast

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Rate: £20 - £30 Per Hour

Company Overview:
Due to continued development and growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage the delivery of a Modular Building project in Belfast. The position involves being an integral part of a Project Delivery team working closely together to meet deadlines as well as strict quality, safety, and efficiency objectives.

Job Summary:

1. Plan and schedule the works and manage the construction programme.
2. Manage all aspects of the works on site on a daily basis.
3. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and with company health & safety policy on all sites under control.
4. Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure timely and quality completion in line with contracts.
5. Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role delivering building fit-out and/or civil construction project.
2. Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lead a team and work on own initiative.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
5. Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
6. Good I.T. & Document management skills.
7. Experience in Health & Safety Management.
