What will I be doing?

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will manage the provision of a professional Learning and Development service, including:

  1. Designing and delivering learning and development strategies to develop a long-term skills strategy.
  2. Managing talent and succession management interventions to support career progression.
  3. Overseeing the LMS system and related processes.
  4. Administering all learning and development initiatives.
  5. Managing the learning and development budget.
  6. Defining learning and development priorities to align with Safran Nacelles' objectives.
  7. Managing the corporate social responsibility strategy and engaging with external stakeholders.
  8. Ensuring delivery of all mandatory training.
  9. Facilitating the future pipeline, including STEM and career events.
  10. Designing and delivering the Corporate Company induction.
  11. Managing skills matrices and reporting tools.
  12. Overseeing the Personal Development Review process.
  13. Engaging with the Safran UK L&D network group.
  14. Managing the EN9100 process.
  15. Leading benchmarking and identification of best practices.
  16. Managing contracts as required.

Job Requirements

What you need from me:

  1. Degree / HND or equivalent experience
  2. CIPD or equivalent experience (or willingness to complete)
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  4. Project management skills
  5. Thorough understanding of computerised HR systems
  6. Train the Trainer Qualification (or willingness to complete)
  7. Presentation skills
