What will I be doing?As a Learning and Development Manager, you will manage the provision of a professional Learning and Development service, including:
- Designing and delivering learning and development strategies to develop a long-term skills strategy.
- Managing talent and succession management interventions to support career progression.
- Overseeing the LMS system and related processes.
- Administering all learning and development initiatives.
- Managing the learning and development budget.
- Defining learning and development priorities to align with Safran Nacelles' objectives.
- Managing the corporate social responsibility strategy and engaging with external stakeholders.
- Ensuring delivery of all mandatory training.
- Facilitating the future pipeline, including STEM and career events.
- Designing and delivering the Corporate Company induction.
- Managing skills matrices and reporting tools.
- Overseeing the Personal Development Review process.
- Engaging with the Safran UK L&D network group.
- Managing the EN9100 process.
- Leading benchmarking and identification of best practices.
- Managing contracts as required.

- 37-hour working week over 4.5 days with a 1pm finish on Friday

What you need from me:
- Degree / HND or equivalent experience
- CIPD or equivalent experience (or willingness to complete)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Project management skills
- Thorough understanding of computerised HR systems
- Train the Trainer Qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Presentation skills
