About The Role

The marketing team will be strategic partners to the business, collaborating to design and deliver customer-centric, creative and high-performance programs which improve brand preference, engage more market professionals and underpin commercial success.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to drive awareness and engagement for our portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for managing corporate social accounts, aligning with editorial teams, and supporting multiple revenue streams per brand. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with a deep understanding of B2B audiences, content strategy, and social media engagement.

This role is one of two dedicated professionals, you'll work on the Real Assets, Sustainability and Compliance information brands, networks and events, developing expertise within these markets in order to expand engagement and deliver results.

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
  1. Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple brands to support brand awareness, engagement, and revenue objectives.
  2. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  3. Align social content with editorial, marketing, and business goals.
2. Content Development & Management
  1. Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content tailored for corporate social accounts.
  2. Collaborate with the editorial team to amplify thought leadership and data-driven insights.
  3. Leverage multimedia content (graphics, video, infographics) to drive engagement.
3. Community Engagement & Amplification
  1. Monitor and engage with industry conversations, responding to relevant trends.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to encourage editorial team members to share corporate content on their personal accounts.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify key reports, events, and partnerships.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  1. Track and analyse key performance metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic, conversions).
  2. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.
  3. Generate regular reports to share performance trends and recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
  1. Work closely with marketing, editorial, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  2. Manage agency and freelancer relationships for content creation, when needed.
  3. Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates.

  1. Content calendar for corporate social accounts - Maintained and updated monthly
  2. Consistent posting and engagement across all platforms - Increased reach and engagement
  3. Amplification of editorial content - Increased social shares and thought leadership recognition
  4. Lead generation through social campaigns - Growth in inbound inquiries and conversions
  5. Monthly performance reports - Clear insights with actionable recommendations
  6. Alignment between editorial and marketing teams - Smooth collaboration and content integration

About You

Requirements

  1. Experience: 3+ years in B2B social media, content marketing, or digital strategy.
  2. Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging B2B social platforms.
  3. Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling B2B narratives and manage multimedia assets.
  4. Analytics & Optimization: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, Oktopost, or similar).
  5. Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly editorial and marketing.
  6. Agility & Innovation: Ability to adapt to trends and experiment with new content formats.
  7. Writing & Communication: Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills for professional audiences.
  8. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, data, and community engagement.
