Soft IP Litigation Lawyer 12 month FTC

THE ROLE

Senior level Associate is sought to join the established and top-rated IP team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a member of one of the largest departments in the London office, the individual will be expected to:

1. advise on the full range of IPRs, but in particular contentious trade marks, designs, and copyright issues;
2. apply their experience to provide a first-class litigation service to the clients;
3. assist the IP partners to develop the practice;
4. support the strategic objectives of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE

UK litigation experience is required.

Excellent academics and strong technical knowledge of IP law.

Proven experience in handling complex IP litigation (essential) within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.

A desire to be working for a truly international firm and operating in a team-based environment.
