Job Description

Job Title: Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist

Location: Brussels

Employment: 12 months contract + Extension

Daily Rate: 400 euros

We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Process & Agile Tools Specialist to join our client that is in the Public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and optimize business processes using Software AG ARIS Architect and Designer.
Develop and manage databases using Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Manage project documentation and collaboration through Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Collaborate with developers via GitHub for version control and code management.
Use ServiceNow to manage service requests, incidents, and project workflows.
Lead and support projects using PM and PM Agile methodologies.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
Proficiency in Software AG ARIS (both Architect and Designer).
Solid experience with Atlassian suite, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies, especially PM and PM Agile.
Proven experience working in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
