Software Developer

This is an exciting, newly created role with a long standing client of the Michael Page Group.

Reporting to the IT Manager you'll be responsible for all aspects of software development as part of a small development team of 4 people.

In return for your skills and expertise, you'll receive a salary in the region of £35k to £45k depending on experience along with a host of excellent benefits (pension, ongoing training & development, car scheme etc.)

Description

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who perhaps is in their first software development role out of education and would like to join a business who will invest in your longer terms career and skills development. You'll be liaising with internal stakeholders on a regular basis so good communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels within the business is highly advantageous.

Profile

To be successful in the role you'll bring the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrable experience in software development & maintenance

- Experience in the full SDLC with C#.NET, SQL Server etc.

- Working knowledge of HTML5, Web API, CSS

Job Offer

Please note that this is a hybrid role and the office is based outside of Glasgow, near Paisley therefore you should be able to commute 4 days per week (free parking if travelling by car).
