Software Developer (CodeSys and PLC Specialist)

Day Rate: £400 - £500 per day

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Remote (UK)

Role Overview:

I am currently seeking a talented Software Developer with expertise in CodeSys and PLC to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. This is a remote role, open to only candidates based in the UK. If you can visit the office, once a week or every other week in Southampton, that would be great! The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CodeSys and PLC programming, with the ability to contribute effectively to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using CodeSys and PLC
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware integration
• Document software development processes and provide technical support as needed

• Proven experience with CodeSys and PLC programming
• Strong understanding of automation systems and control processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
