Job Description

Conexus are currently partnered with a big 4 consulting firm in Switzerland, that are rapidly expanding their capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for a Software System Architect, with a key focus on IAM and Active Directory, to join them on a permanent basis from Zurich, Switzerland.

In this position, you will play a key role in architecting and designing Identity & Access Management services, collaborating closely with internal and external teams. You will co-lead a multidisciplinary team within the Digital Business Technology (DBT) function, ensuring the seamless integration of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and integrate IAM solutions to provide robust security and compliance.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive the adoption of new IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security and operational efficiency.
  • Lead IAM system integrations in the context of company mergers.
  • Support and promote the integration of security into development and operational processes.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, particularly identity management systems.
  • Strong expertise in CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) and SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ for identity governance.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integration patterns using Azure Integration Services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and the Microsoft Entra framework.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and their application in IAM.
  • Understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and enhance system security.
