Solicitor - Major Injury & Casualty

We offer a hybrid working pattern and are flexible on office attendance based on candidate location.

This role involves handling a range of insurance claims, both international and domestic. Our client list is prestigious and growing. We also advise prestigious corporate clients, either through insurance work or directly.

We act for a large number of insurers, many of whom are household names, dealing with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims. The team deals with a range of files including EL/PL matters.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Able to demonstrate a real interest in employer's liability, public liability and personal injury work.
• Gained experience of handling higher value defendant personal injury files either in their own right or as assistants to more senior lawyers.
• Candidate must have worked in a Defendant insurance law firm.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• Previous experience of managing their own caseload.
• We are seeking a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
