Solicitor - Public Law & Private Litigation

Our Public Law & Private Litigation team focus on matters such as:

• Article 2 Inquests (often involving state related deaths and deaths in custody);
• Public Inquiries; and
• Civil Claims against public bodies, including claims under the Human Rights Act 1998.

Consistently ranked by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, the team are keen advocates for access to justice, and one of the very few in Wales to hold a Legal Aid contract for this type of work.
