As a solicitor in the Private Client team, you will handle a varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
• Managing estate administration and probate matters.
• Providing expert guidance on trusts and estate planning.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
• Collaborating with financial advisers and accountants for comprehensive client support.
• Contributing to business development and promoting their Private Client services.

Our client is looking for the following experience and qualifications:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 12 months PQE).
• Strong technical expertise in private client law.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and professional attitude, with a passion for networking and business development.
• Ideally STEP qualified.
