Reorganisations/Cross-Border Transactions and Integrations Solicitor (Hybrid)

We are currently working with a global law firm to recruit a talented and experienced Reorganisations/Cross-Border Transactions and Integrations Solicitor. This exciting hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-jurisdictional, and complex matters while contributing to a dynamic, world-class legal team.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced corporate solicitor, able to hit the ground running and deliver pragmatic, strategic legal advice to a high standard. You will work across a range of reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactional matters, and multijurisdictional projects, often high-value and cross-border in nature.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various practice groups, including Reorganisations, Cross-Border Transactions, Corporate & Securities, and M&A, to deliver seamless legal support.
  • Acting as a regional or country coordinator and drafting corporate documentation for diverse projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Working closely with project teams, including solicitors, legal project managers, and legal tech experts, from the firm's global network of offices.
  • Managing project-specific issues and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with partners and solicitors from various practice groups and jurisdictions.
  • Contributing to innovative projects aimed at improving legal services, processes, and efficiency within the firm.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with a strong corporate law background.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-border, high-value transactions and reorganisations.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a global team.
  • A "self-starter" attitude with commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively, maintaining high standards of performance.
