*Solution Analyst - Veeva Vault QMS Consultant - Freelance & Remote contract in Europe*

Role: Solution Analyst - Veeva QMS Validation

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Project: S4/HANA Global Implementation/Roll Out

• Start Date: Mid-March 2025
• Duration: 18 Months (further extension; long-term opportunity)
• Contract: Freelance (no permanent/no Visa/No sponsorship can be offered)
• Workload: Full Time (5 Days Per Week)
• Location: Remote (no travel required)
• Language: English (Written and Spoken)

Education and Knowledge Requirements

Your main responsibility will be to design Veeva Vault QMS solution blueprint, including integration with other systems (SAP, LIMS). You will be accountable to set strategy, roadmap and lead development/deployment of products withing QMS across client's Technology organisation.

• Functional expertise on Veeva Vault QMS modules
• Quality Policy & Manual (Quality Risk Management)
• Quality Audits & Inspections (Inspection, Internal Audit and Supplier Audit)
• Quality Events Management (CAPA (corrective & preventive action) CI (continuous improvement), Complaints, Change Control and Deviation Management, Effectiveness check, Lab Investigation)

• Full cycle project implementation in QMS
• Expertise on application integration process points with execution systems (SAP QM; LIMS)
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
