As a Solutions Architect at AVP level, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure payment solutions. Working closely with technology and business teams, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives while optimizing system performance.

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with business needs, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment technologies, including gateways and acquiring solutions.
• Provide architectural governance and best practices to support development teams.
• Lead solution design discussions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in the payments industry.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within financial services.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, APIs, and modern architectural frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the Northampton office.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
