Solutions Consultant, Google Users and Products, Search

Location: London, UK

Mid

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, operations or business management, and vendor management.
  • 5 years of experience of collecting and presenting data to influence and deliver outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with managing data and building dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Responsibilities
  • Provide operational expertise to drive scaled product solutions and support partners.
  • Manage vendor operations within target parameters such as SLAs and success metrics.
  • Lead pilot programs with partners, document and operationalize workflows to enable launches or new product features.
  • Manage projects of moderate complexity, including timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
  • Foster trusting relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations and advising on practices.
