Specialist Unpaid Carers Worker needed in SE London

The rate is £21.45ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: RQ.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive service for Unpaid Carers and will effectively respond to enquiries received from Adult Social Care relating to unpaid carer services.

They will be responsible for progressing urgent calls to the adult social care triage team, including the reporting of safeguarding concerns and will be gathering, recording and reviewing information provided by unpaid carer services.
