Sprinklr Developer - Freelance

️ Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Sprinklr platform modules (Publishing, Listening, Engagement).
• Customize workflows and dashboards for social media campaigns.
• Integrate Sprinklr with external tools via APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and support Sprinklr users across departments.
• Train and support non-technical stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr.
• Experience with social media tools (Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and APIs.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python).
• Comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
