Southampton - initial induction in office 2-3x per week - then remote based
We are representing a leading provider of community and healthcare equipment and manufacturing services across the UK. They are looking for a SQL Developer to join their collaborative team and help them on multiple upcoming projects.
As the SQL Developer, you will work closely with both the Head of Data Provision and Head of Software Product Development on a bespoke ERP system, to develop and maintain SQL Server databases, and optimise database performance through analysis. There are key major developments and data migrations coming up that you will aid the team with.
We are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in SQL Server database development
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL - writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Understanding of SQL Server query optimisation techniques
- Experience of Redgate SQL tools - eg, Compare, Data Compare, Source Control
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Understanding of PowerShell Scripting
- Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS
