PRN: Sr Product Designer - Distribute Module

We are growing our Product Design team and are looking for someone to craft creative and intuitive user experiences within our Distribute module.

As we're a global team this is a remote role but if you're near one of our many offices you're very welcome to go in.

You'll be working directly with a cross-functional team of talented Product Managers and Developers to deliver consistently brilliant and delightful experiences.

If you're a talented Sr Product Designer wanting to produce work that has a real impact, and to work in a collaborative environment, get in touch!

The role:
  1. Designing within our Distribute module: You'll own our distribution workflows and the global aspects of our product such as user management and dashboards. You'll be leading some exciting projects for 2025 and onwards including how we execute on our self-service vision and layer AI driven insights and recommendations into our product. You'll also play a key part in defining a product led growth experience vision.
  2. Collaborating with a UX researcher: You'll at times work closely with a UX researcher to test your designs. You'll identify areas of your designs that would benefit from feedback so a meaningful research plan/script can be defined.

You'll be expected to present design concepts to stakeholders and other peers with a high level of confidence, expressing clear rationales to back up your design choices.
  5. Holistic thinking: As a Sr Product Designer you'll have the experience and ability needed to function across multiple product areas. You'll always have a holistic view of our product in mind, ensuring the consistency of our product is upheld and the dots between different product areas are thoughtfully connected.
  6. Mentorship: You'll provide meaningful input and support to designers more junior than yourself.
  7. Crafting and advocating for our experience vision: You'll work with other senior members of the team to create impactful experience visions that demonstrate "what could be". You'll be expected to build a deep understanding of our overall experience vision so you can be part of its evolution and factor that vision into the design solutions you create.
About you:
  1. You've got a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Product Designer.
  2. You've worked on a SaaS product before and worked with Product Managers and Developers to deliver value.

  4. You have a portfolio of well-crafted work that solves real problems for real users, and you're prepared to share and talk about your work during the interview process.
  5. You understand that design is just one part of the puzzle and have experience of working with Product and Engineering to break problems and their solutions into manageable deliverables.
  6. You're a great storyteller with excellent communication skills who's able to confidently communicate your work to a variety of stakeholders and colleagues from juniors through to execs.
  7. You have exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
