Sr. Product Manager - Growth & Activation (m/f/d)

Moonfare is looking for its next Sr. Product Manager - Activation & Product Growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user activation and engagement through data-driven strategies, focusing on optimising the entire funnel from acquisition to conversion but also enabling and supporting our existing go-to-market motions (outbound, inbound, etc). You will own the product-led growth initiatives, ensuring that users are brought to Moonfare's core value offering as quickly and efficiently as possible, working closely with our Sales and Marketing colleagues to integrate well into our established sales and marketing led growth motions.

You will:
  1. Lead Moonfare's activation product strategy, with a focus on guiding users toward our core value offering as fast as possible, improving top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel conversion metrics.
  2. Implement product-led growth tactics and strategies across the activation funnel, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  3. Leverage data-driven insights to optimise user journeys, from initial contact through onboarding and engagement with our core value offering of our investment platform.
  4. Align with Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless user experiences, consistent messaging, and high-converting propositions throughout the funnel.
  5. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user activation, analysing data to identify trends, optimise performance, and implement scalable solutions.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product features and improvements enhance user activation, increasing speed-to-value for our investors.
  7. Own the experimentation and A/B testing pipeline to optimise growth across key conversion points, and drive the data-driven product roadmap.
The Next Moonfarian:
  1. Has 5+ years of experience in data-driven product management roles, ideally within growth, activation, or similar areas.
  2. Comfortable working with data to identify patterns, evaluate KPIs, and inform decisions around conversion, funnel performance, and user activation.
  3. Deep understanding of product-led growth strategies, with the ability to apply them across the activation funnel to drive measurable results.
  4. Demonstrated success working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to create and optimise growth experiments and strategies.
  5. Ability to communicate complex product and data concepts in a simple, business-focused manner to stakeholders across the organisation.
  6. Passionate about understanding user behaviours and using that knowledge to improve the overall product experience and drive user activation.
