GENERAL SUMMARY
The role of this Technology Transitions Lead is charged with executing new business transitions, account expansions, and account demobilizations. The role works collaboratively with the Client, Sales, and other JLL Workstreams to provide comprehensive technology transition project management services covering all aspects of delivery to ensure a smooth onboarding to JLL while managing budget, scope, and schedule. This role is expected to make decisions on client requirements and changes in schedules, function independently under broad guidelines, manage multiple projects at one time and be a strong change leader for large, key client transitions. The Technology Transition Lead must be a team player and work with other members of the business to meet all key performance indicators required by the contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management
- Collaborate with the client, client-facing teams, and the delivery teams to ensure the project scope is clear and documented, the budget and schedule are aligned, and to manage the project delivery within these parameters.
- Set and continually manage project expectations through effective and timely communication with key stakeholders, including the project team, management, and client representatives.
- Monitor project work delivery. Identify and manage risks. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts. Oversee the implementation of mitigation and resolution plans. Escalate to relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage project control documentation, including requirements documentation, timelines, budgets, and knowledge transfer plans.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Manage change control process.
- Manage user acceptance testing and release plans.
- A leader with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and support strong relationships on all levels of organization.

- Interfaces with customers across multiple business units. Works with various IT functional areas, including development, infrastructure, training and adoption, and transition teams as necessary for projects. Works with business leads for technology planning and management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- IT Project management or software development management.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Budget management.
- Relationship management and communications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously.
- Customer service focus.
- Familiarity with .NET applications, enterprise application integration, n-tier architecture.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT industry or department.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in leading IT projects.
- Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion.
- Experience in corporate real estate Industry a plus.
Educational Level /Certifications
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration.
- PMI or equivalent certification preferred.
- Six Sigma certification or exposure preferred.
