Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Design and simulate MOSFET and Bipolar semiconductor transistor concepts for automotive smart power technology platforms. We strongly focus on computer simulation of the semiconductor processing itself with respect to electrical and thermal transistor parameters ("TCAD", e.g. Synopsis). We perform feasibility studies and develop the concept to full production capability.
• Analyzing electrical test structure data with respect to technology targets.
• Derive and document design rules for power transistors.
• Be the interface to other functions such as process integration, layout-, test-, reliability- and product- development departments

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• An University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or equivalent
• Interest to work in a multi-functional project team
• Experience in semiconductor transistor simulation (TCAD) and skills in scripting / programming
• Practice in systematic problem solving techniques
• Experience in automotive applications is desired but not a must
• Excellent English language skills, fluency in German is an advantage
