Job overview

We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse who wants to join our Paediatric team, delivering high standards of nursing care. The successful candidate will work as part of a nursing team dedicated to improving the service in the clinical area and participating in future developments. Applicants must be registered with the UK NMC registration.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated individual, either experienced or newly qualified. As part of the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, we provide specialist healthcare services for children and young people throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally. The post available is at the Childrens Resource Centre at Trafford General Hospital. The post holder must be organised, responsive, and flexible in coordinating and leading day case surgery, outpatient clinics, and supporting specialist Nursing teams. They must also be trained or prepared to train in phlebotomy.
