Nach dem sehr erfolgreichen Programm in 2024 wollen von SAP Österreich auch in 2025 eine Qualifikation zum SAP-Consultant bieten, bestehend aus einem umfassenden mehrwöchigen Schulungsprogramm, unterstützt durch Buddies, die erfahrene Berater sind und dich während deiner ersten Projekte unterstützen, und einem Abschluss als zertifizierter SAP-Berater.

• Am Puls der Zeit: Du lernst den führenden europäischen Softwarehersteller mit all den Angeboten eines dynamischen Großunternehmens intensiv kennen, und hilfst mit, die komplexen Abläufe unserer Kunden durch den Einsatz von neuen Innovationen wie Künstliche Intelligenz zu verbessern.

Du bist Absolvent einer Uni mit Fokus auf Technik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften und hast schon erste Berufserfahrung (0-3 Jahre)?

Die Lösung von komplexen Fragestellungen in einer sich schnell drehenden Welt treibt dich an?

Du hast eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit?

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und dein Lebensmittelpunkt ist in Wien und Umgebung?

Dann ist dies das richtige Programm für dich!

Die Teilnahme der Qualifikation zum SAP-Consultant dauert bis zu 12 Monate.

Die Reise beginnt mit einem dreimonatigen Schulungsprogramm, das verschiedene Trainings (E-Learnings, Classroom Trainings) zu den Themenbereichen SAP, Personal Skills und Consulting Skills beinhaltet, begleitet durch einen Buddy, der ein erfahrender SAP-Berater ist, und mit einer Zertifizierung zum Associate SAP Consultant abgeschlossen wird.

Nach dem Abschluss des Schulungsprogramms wirst du in konkreten Kundenprojekten mitarbeiten und dadurch dein Wissen und deine Kompetenz erweitern. Dein Buddy wird dich dabei unterstützen und zur Seite stehen. Zusätzlich wird es Networking-Möglichkeiten in der Early Talent Community geben, und natürlich weitere Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung in dem jeweiligen SAP-Modul.
