• You are passionate to converting visitors into satisfied customers by using IKEA store a media.
• You are constantly increasing your knowledge of how people live in your local market, what their needs, wants and dreams are, when it comes to life at home.
• Creativity and profitability are not in contrast for you instead you see them as tools to develop the business further.
• You have experience in project management including time schedules and budget planning.
• As a member of the Store Commercial team you encourage repeat visits by creating vitality throughout the store, both in Range presentation & Home furnishing medias.

Profil

• You have good knowledge of Interior Design & Visual Merchandising and experience of setting and implementing action plans and follow up goals.
• You are a passionate, experienced Manager looking forward to lead and develop your team
• You communicate fluently in German and English and you are familiar with the current Revit and MS Office tools.
• You show the willingness and commitment to develop yourself into the ComIn Manager role.

Wir bieten For legal reasons we are obliged to indicate a minimum salary. For this fulltime position we offer you a MINIMUM monthly gross salary from € 3.000. For a perfect match, we are willing to pay more depending on your experience and qualification with an All-In contractual agreement.
