Job Description

We're looking for a Strategic Alliance Manager to maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Consulting. As the primary contact for Aibidia's partners, you'll drive engagement through training, sales enablement, and joint business development initiatives. You'll identify opportunities, execute go-to-market strategies, and manage partner onboarding to drive revenue and growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic, proactive professional who can foster long-term partnerships and collaborate across teams to enhance Aibidia's partner program. You'll be based in the UK while working in a hybrid environment (2 days a week in our Liverpool Street office).

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at target firms (e.g., Partners, Directors, Managers, Practice Leaders in relevant areas like Tax, Transfer Pricing, Consulting).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Aibidia and partners.

  • Regularly communicate with partners, providing updates on Aibidia's product, services, and partnership program.

  • Proactively identify and address partner needs and concerns.

  • Develop and execute joint account plans with key partners.

Partner Enablement:

  • Educate partners on Aibidia's platform, solutions, and value proposition, enabling them to effectively position and recommend Aibidia to their clients.

  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations for partner firms.

  • Create and maintain partner-facing resources, such as sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.

  • Provide ongoing support to partners, answering their questions and assisting with client opportunities.

Business Development & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and qualify joint business opportunities with partners.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and joint marketing campaigns.

  • Drive referral business from partners by promoting Aibidia's solutions within their client networks.

  • Track and report on partner performance, including lead generation, pipeline development, and closed-won deals.

  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements and contracts.

Program Management:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Aibidia's partner program.

  • Manage partner onboarding and ongoing engagement activities.

  • Track and measure the success of the partner program, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with internal Aibidia teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a B2B partnership, alliance management, business development, or channel sales role.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners across multiple geographic regions.

  • Demonstrable experience of driving revenue growth through partnerships and a proven ability to negotiate and close partner agreements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong understanding of the professional services industry, particularly the Big Four.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a familiarity with the basics of partnership agreements and legal contracts.

Nice to have:

  • Direct Experience in Transfer Pricing.

  • Existing Network within Advisory Firms.

  • Experience in the Software/SaaS Industry with an understanding of technology and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

  • Experience in developing and executing joint marketing campaigns with partners.
