Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Strategic Events Coordinator, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Basingstoke, this is a hybrid position, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
PAYE £26.17 - £34.52 per hour.

Salary:

Strategic Events Coordinator Role:
- Develop yearly meeting strategy, based on the organisation s strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
- Facilitate the alignment of all meeting content and agendas pull through larger meeting strategy, supporting organisational goals and priorities.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of internal meetings, ensuring the meeting in accordance with all local industry codes of practice and Policies and Procedures.
- Forecast and registering meetings in Mercury / Cvent/ CET, in accordance with the Meetings Logistics Lead Times.
- Develop and manage the budget for internal meetings, including new sales training, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Your Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or project management.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and meeting scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook and Microsoft Teams).
