As our Strategic Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy while leading a small team to deliver insightful, commercial finance support that powers our business forward.

Your Role:

• Strategic Partnering - Work closely with senior leadership, providing financial insights that drive business decisions and growth.
• Line Management & Leadership - Lead and mentor team, ensuring high performance, development, and engagement.
• Financial Planning & Performance - Own budgeting, forecasting and commercial finance analysis to support long-term success.
• Commercial Insight - Translate complex financial data into actionable strategies that support operational and strategic goals.
• Business Growth & Innovation - Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and revenue growth across the organisation.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop and manage a team.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or strategic finance roles.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver who can balance detail with big-picture thinking.
