The Role:
A hybrid role combining copy excellence and strategic leadership, you'll take the lead across two key areas:
Strategy & Content Development
- Help shape communication and marketing strategies for pharma and biotech clients
- Build insight-driven, omnichannel content plans
- Contribute to creative briefs, tactical plans, proposals and pitches
- Develop standout creative concepts and scientifically robust copy
Team Leadership & Quality Control
- Mentor and support a growing team of writers
- Ensure creative output meets scientific, creative and compliance standards
- Oversee content quality from first draft to final approval
- Champion the agency's belief in making healthcare communication simple and powerful
About You:
- Experienced medical copywriter with a flair for strategy
- BSc or higher in a life sciences subject (essential)
- Proven experience in a healthcare communications agency
- Able to balance creative storytelling with scientific accuracy
- Confident, collaborative and proactive - a natural team player and leader
- A strong communicator who can guide, influence and simplify complex ideas
