Job Description
Tilt

Our mission is to make fashion accessible to all and inspire everyone to dress a little better. We believe e-commerce is in a rut, with brands lost in a decades-long void, lacking innovation, and mindlessly redesigning websites without fixing the real issue - making shopping fun and affordable.

Today, we are the UK's biggest live shopping platform focused on making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone level up their style. We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping.

Your Mission

Join our high-performing Strategy & Operations team to help scale our BizDev (Sales) operations from 1 100.

You'll tackle high-impact problems, streamline processes, and drive growth across the org.

In your first month, you'll partner with BizDev to improve daily execution, build scalable workflows, and use data to guide key decisions. You'll work cross-functionally and alongside the founders to challenge assumptions, remove bottlenecks, and unlock the next phase of growth.

Requirements

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping.

  1. 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, BizOps, or SalesOps-ideally in a fast-paced startup.
  2. Strong business intuition and awareness of trends in SaaS and tech.
  3. Sharp problem-solving skills; able to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
  4. Fast executor who moves quickly without sacrificing quality.
  5. Proven track record of driving measurable impact.
  6. Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  7. Comfortable with data-can build dashboards, run analysis, and support decisions with numbers.
  8. Collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable in a cross-functional environment.
Compensation

£60K - £80K + Stock Options

Perks & Benefits
  1. 29 days PTO in addition to UK Bank Holidays
  2. Canary Wharf office includes gym access
  3. MacBook and Tech Budget
  4. Flexible and hybrid working as standard
