- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for enhancement. Support the development and implementation of solutions to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of strategic projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Change Management Assistance: Aid in the development and dissemination of communication materials related to organizational changes. Monitor and report on the adoption of new initiatives, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure that strategic initiatives are well-supported across the organization.
What we're looking for:
- 1- 3 years' experience in a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent), with a strong track record in strategy, transformation, or growth-focused engagements.
- Proven exposure to Go-To-Market strategy, product innovation, operational efficiency, or broader business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex problems and develop data-backed, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on individual workstreams while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing structure, prioritization, and commercial awareness to evolving business challenges.
- Execution-focused mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or start-up environments is a plus, but not essential.
