Your Impact

• Develop full-funnel strategies that drive both short-term results and long-term brand growth.
• Shift the conversation from media execution to business impact, ensuring our clients see us as strategic partners.
• Lead thought leadership, representing Semetis in the industry through public speaking and high-profile engagements.
• Guide team development, embedding marketing science into how we think and operate.
• Play a key role in new business, ensuring our pitches stand out with clear, business-first strategies.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in agency strategy or marketing consulting.
• Expertise in marketing science (Les Binet, Byron Sharp, Ehrenberg-Bass).
• A track record of winning pitches, crafting impactful brand strategies, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling skills, making complex strategies clear and compelling.
