What the job involves

We're excited to invite a new Strategy Research & Insights Analyst into our newly created Strategy Development Team. You'll be designing and delivering advanced research projects-digging into data, running surveys, and even chatting with key stakeholders (from healthcare experts to those with lived experience). Being a research expert (using knowledge from market trends for example) will help shape our strategic approach, turning complex research into clear, compelling insights that drive smart decision-making.

You'll be collaborating across teams to ensure we're using the best insights available and will present impactful findings to senior leadership, making sure they have the evidence they need to make game-changing decisions. Keeping the voices of those affected by prostate cancer at the heart of everything we do.

What we want from you

We're interested in someone with experience in strategy, consulting, or insights-bonus points if it's in the healthcare space. Knowledgeable in both qualitative and quantitative research (data analysis, market insights, for example).

Our new Strategy Research and Insights Analyst to be a natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional projects. A strategic thinker who can take complex information and turn it into actionable recommendations is ideal, someone who is a strong communicator who can make research findings engaging and easy to understand for all audiences.
