Location: Based inOffices in Cheltenham or Satellite Office in Bristol
The Role
A small yet dynamic engineering consultancy is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its team. The role involves delivering design solutions across domestic, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and residential projects, working with traditional materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber, as well as dry stone walls and traditional oak.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural designs and prepare detailed documentation.
- Produce technical drawings using modern design software.
- Support projects across various sectors, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Contribute to project discussions and design reviews.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' post-graduate experience as a Structural Engineer.
- A relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Keen interest in buildings and structural systems.
- Experience with modern structural design software; AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong drive to progress, develop, and achieve professional growth.
