SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTANT - ANTWERP (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITION

As a Supply Chain Consultant for launch projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects within a dynamic, international environment.

Based at the Antwerp site, you will manage the timely availability of parts and oversee procurement processes, all while collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing procurement files, and providing regular updates on project status.

Your role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international suppliers, ensuring that all project requirements are met efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement files for all project-related activities.
• Ensure timely availability of new parts for ongoing projects.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reorders.
• Oversee multiple projects and manage associated documentation.
• Maintain continuous communication with international suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Quality, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Provide weekly procurement status updates to the international team.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and able to work with precision.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Access and basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about logistics.
