Your role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Controller, who will join our Team based in London. This role will appeal to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and would love to become part of a successful eCommerce business. This hybrid position requires working in our Kensington office 2 days a week.

Main responsibilities:

1. Placing daily orders with suppliers
2. Chasing vendors and updating orders due dates
3. Reconciling delivered quantities with expected volumes
4. Investigating, reporting and informing about availability issues
5. Coordinating with distribution centers, supporting daily business
6. Generating daily reports
7. Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Business development

Main requirements:

1. A good understanding of supply chain principles
2. A first successful experience in supply chain or logistics
3. Experience with SAP or another ERP
4. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office packages
5. Applicant must be a confident communicator, both via phone, email, and video calls
6. Applicant must be organized and methodical, able to multi-task
7. A can-do attitude in an evolving environment is a must
