As an SAP SCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA projects while helping our internal teams drive business transformation.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

S/4HANA SCM Implementation: Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to post-go-live support.

Supply Chain Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving efficiency.

Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP SCM modules (MM, WM, SD, PP) to meet business requirements, adhering to best practices and optimizing system performance.

Cross-Module Integration: Work closely with other SAP teams (FI, CO, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes across the enterprise.

Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within supply chain operations and drive initiatives to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing costs.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop and customize supply chain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in supply chain management processes.

User Training & Support: Provide training to end users and offer ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP SCM systems and solutions.

• Collaboration with Business Units: Collaborate with business units to ensure SAP SCM solutions address operational challenges and drive value across the organization.

Your Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven expertise in SAP PP, ideally with experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Experience with integration points between PP and other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).
• Fluent in English; and Dutch or French (language courses can be provided).
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
