We're looking for a proactive and strategic Supply Chain Manager to act as the end-to-end Supply Chain Business Partner to our Offer & Sourcing and Banner teams (including B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama, etc.), overseeing all supply chain planning requirements within their category. You'll be responsible for managing supply chain performance across existing ranges, agreeing supply conditions and leading the implementation of new ranges, while also owning the supply chain relationship and performance of EMEA Own Brand (OEB) vendors. This role also includes deputising for the Head of Group Supply Chain when required, offering a great opportunity to influence and drive supply chain excellence at a group level.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to develop a motivated team within a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure supply chain requirements are integrated into range change decisions to maximise customer availability and minimise costs.
  • Provide transparent visibility of each implementation readiness, highlighting any concerns with availability (with mitigation options) and when implementation CPA is at risk.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage global relationships and collaborate with banners, vendors and Kingfisher stakeholders.
  • Disrupt traditional practices and find innovative solutions to meet and exceed changing customer demand.
  • Deliver change through owning end-to-end projects supported with contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
  • Use your expertise and influence on all aspects of supply chain management and become a trusted partner across our businesses.
  • Play an active role in promoting and inputting into S&L Group programmes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Intermediate level of end to end Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning & Order Management, Inventory & Flow Management, & Vendor Management.
  • Intermediate level of Critical Data & Information Analysis.
  • Foundation level of Vendor Onboarding.
