We are looking for a bright, motivated, and analytically inclined individual to join our team, providing exceptional client services, technical support, and deployment expertise to our expanding global client base.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Support Analyst to join our team supporting our Portfolio Management System (PMS). The successful candidate will provide technical support, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless operation of our PMS platform. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support for PMS users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to implementation and development teams as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading, trade lifecycle, profit and loss and reporting functions within the PMS.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring client satisfaction with the PMS.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining system documentation, performing routine checks, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with QA and development teams to identify and report system bugs and provide feedback on new features.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the PMS, staying updated on new features and enhancements to provide expert support.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing changes that enhance support efficiency and client experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Maths or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills, with experience in Python and familiarity with AWS an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with Zendesk is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management concepts is advantageous.
