System Architect Dynamics

IntroductieOur client is responsible for designing and producing high-tech machines and machine modules. They are also manufacturing and assembling their machines under one roof. Their high-tech production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to produce any designed product. Their clients are international leaders within the high-tech engineering domain. They are expanding their business, therefore we are looking for an experienced System Architect Dynamics.Functieomschrijving

• Lead technical specification and system design.
• Manage a team for optimal dynamic behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary colleagues.
• Provide hands-on support and oversight.

Specific Tasks:

• Define dynamic requirements for modules/systems.
• Specify analysis requirements for performance prediction/validation.
• Conduct and interpret calculations/tests.
• Communicate results and drive design improvements.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge development.

The role requires expertise in system dynamics, leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across various domains.Vereisten

• Master's degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering with 3-7 years of experience, PhD in the same field with some years of experience and ability to manage complex analysis (independent or in a team).
• Focus on vibration sensitive systems and strong understanding of machine dynamics.
• Experience in areas like dynamic sub structuring, multibody dynamics, vibration isolation, damping, modal analysis, and vibrometry is beneficial (high-precision machines).
• Proficiency in FEM software ( , ANSYS, COMSOL, Nastran).
• CAD skills ( , NX, Solidworks) Computational tools ( , MATLAB, Python, Simulink)

Think of automated milling machines, lathes, grinders, welding robots, laser cutters, etc. Our client encysts of the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical, mechatronics and software. Out of these disciplines multidisciplinary project teams are assembled. These teams are responsible for the realization of challenging projects for leading international clients within the high-tech engineering (machine building).
