Could you be the full-time Urban Signaling Solution Application Architect F/H in Saint-Ouen (93) we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive understanding of complex systems and general engineering skills in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.

You'll lead the design of Urban Signaling Systems, balancing the state of the art in the railway environment with current challenges such as cybersecurity, eco-design, and data science. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (bid and project teams, customer interface teams, development teams), define the best design proposal and deployment strategy, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of organizing design reviews with relevant stakeholders, contribute to technical reviews, and act as a technical reference, but also promote our systems through in-house presentations and training.

We'll look to you for:

  1. Defining technical solutions for our Urban Signaling System offers
  2. Monitoring application during the project deployment phase
  3. Analyzing compliance with customer requirements
  4. Managing external interfaces and defining architecture
  5. Minimizing costs and technical risks during development and deployment
  6. Being a technical expert and reference in railway signaling systems

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  1. Degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Rail Transportation Systems
  2. Experience or understanding of system design, complex system architecture, or project engineering
  3. Knowledge of the Transportation field, experience in Railway Signaling is appreciated
  4. Familiarity with technical problem-solving and decision-making
  5. A certification in a relevant field
  6. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  7. Fluency in English

Things you'll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  1. Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
  2. Work with new security standards for rail signalling
  3. Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
  4. Contribute to innovative projects
  5. Utilise our dynamic working environment
  6. Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
  7. Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
  8. Progress towards leadership and advanced technical roles
  9. Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
