What We're Looking For:

• BEng or BSc in Civil/Mining Engineering (Honours degree is a plus!)
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in tailings, including design, construction & surveillance of Tailings Storage Facilities
• Professional Engineer certification and experience as an Engineer of Record on large-scale projects
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations
• Strong expertise in tailings management, geotechnics, heap leaching, and water management
• Exceptional skills in report writing, audits, and proposal development
• The ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage multiple clients and projects

What You'll Do:

• Design, review, construct, and remediate tailings structures at every project stage (pre-feasibility to closure)
• Conduct desk-based studies, due diligence reviews, and feasibility assessments
• Lead the design & supervision of mine waste facilities
• Oversee project management & coordination
• Develop reports, proposals, and provide expert insights
• Travel occasionally to project sites to ensure smooth execution
