As an SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Integration & Optimization Specialist, you will be a key member of our SAP support and development team. -you will support the implementation, maintenance, and future development of SAP solutions (including SuccessFactors) as part of the company's ongoing digital transformation. You will be part of the broader IT team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Stay Informed & Lead: Keep up-to-date on advancements in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and emerging SAP technologies, acting as a knowledge leader.
• Change Management & Rollout: Manage and execute change requests, ensuring efficient rollout through testing and user acceptance with minimal business disruption.
• Application Administration:Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems, including:
  • Analyzing system performance and implementing optimization strategies.
  • Managing bi-annual SAP upgrades and hotfix releases while maintaining system integrity
• Support & Problem Solving:
  • Provide second-level support to various teams such as Finance, Facilities, Real Estate, and Development.
  • Proactively identify business challenges and offer expert advice on SAP best practices to maximize benefits.
• Development & Integration:
  • Support the development and implementation of new SAP modules and custom functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance their SAP system knowledge, fostering continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP processes and procedures.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and execution of SAP-related audits and assessments.
